That's Not a Waste

Participating in book readings is a successful way to find new books and authors. Dan Josefson read one of his most popular books called That’s Not a Feeling at Nassau Community College. Attending the reading event was a worthwhile experience.
Just looking at Dan Josefson and hearing his tone of voice you can tell he is a very nice and a respectable gentleman. He gave us ample time to ask questions. When answering questions from the audience, he answered them in long answers and made us feel that the question was interesting.
A member from the audience asked, “How long did it take to write the book?” He took about six years until he published the book. He revised the book many times and had very little help from other people to write the book. The writing process makes me appreciate the book he has written and made me think about how much effort and time an author takes to write any novel.
I asked the question,  “What inspired you to write this book?” He answered that he used to work in a boarding school himself. The book is about troubled teens that attend a boarding school. He is using his own experience to write this novel which is unique.
This book reading was the first event of its kind that I have attended. I am very pleased and appreciative that Dan Josefson came from Brooklyn to carry out this event. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a humorous and an interesting book to read this book.
